I'm looking for descendants of a James ANDREW(S) who emigrated from Devon, England to Victoria, Australia abt. 1850 +/- 2yrs. He may have been a stone cutter during the building of the Melbourne Cathedral. Possibly lived in Whittlesea.

James Andrew (no 'S') was shire president of Whittlesea in 1900, emigrated from Devon, England in the 1850's. His brother migrated to the USA at the same period and we have many letters of their correspondance. How are you connected?
