I recently purchased some photos from a second hand sale of a family from singleton, that showed their holidays to the snow and beach, birthday parties, second world war photo's, farming and rabbit skinning times etc. I am sure that the descendants would love to get them back. My only information about the people is a reference to a Mr Bennett, and the photos stamped on the back with Richardson and sons (general Store name I assume). There was two boys and a girl in the photos, they seemed to be quite wealthy.

If any one can help please email me, or call 0402231 075 normanberry @optusnet.com.au

Hi there Norman, sad when I hear stories like this. I came across this same scenario many times when researching various lines of my family. Somebody out there would love to be able have old photos of their families. Its a shame there is no more info on the photos. Maybe if you get a chance send me a copy of one of the photos that has good detail of the family. I have a collection of about 3000 photos from various Singleton and district families.
Regards,
Roy Andrews
