my name is Claudia Schumacher I live in Germany near Cologne and I am looking for ancestors named SPELLEKEN.
I have a family tree with more than 300 Spelleken and I know that Johann Hermann Spelleken has emigrated to Australia: Arrival: 15 March 1882 in Cookstown with ship Almora. In 1888 he married Maria Minna Boshammer. Since there were no previously Spelleken in Australie, I think that all Spelleken are descendants of this couple. They got 14 children. I found them on this page https://www.bdm.qld.gov.au/IndexSearch/querySubmit.m?ReportName=BirthSearch . Some of them died and the others were married. On the same page I found:
