May I ask you please, if you hold any records - or photographs - concerning
Lieutenant Percy Simpson, his wife Hester Elizabeth and their children.
The Simpsons moved to Singleton (Patricks Plains), living in Newington House,
when he was appointed a Magistrate for three years from 1839/1840.
I am presently researching Percy Simpson, in the short term for an entry in the
Australian Dictionary of Biography, but also for a comprehensive biographical
record of his life.
I accept there will be a fee for answering my query. If you do hold material I
should enjoy coming to Singleton to look at it.
