Dear Sir/Madam,

Can you advise me where I can find information on the Singleton Benevolent Asylum for 1849?

Trying to find information on a patient who died there in 1849.

William Waldron 389.Died from a tumour.

Would there be any records for that period to who may have signed him in?

Hoping you may be able to advise me on this matter.

Yours Faithfully,
Ruth O'Neill.

Hi there Ruth and apology for not replying sooner.
The best thing to do is write to the Singleton Family History Society at
The society is manned by a collection of very keen volunteers and they have
so many records there at the society room. They also do a $10 research of the
records held at the society.

The address is:
Singleton FHS
P. 0. Box 422 Singleton
NSW 2330

(I have Ruths email address )
