My grandfather was said to have had an accident at Singleton sometime between 1919 and1925 where he broke his back when he fell from a horse. Can you tell me, if this is correct, where I may find some record of it. His name was John Wesley Stevens (also known as Jack Stevens and Squire John Wesley). Was there a hospital at Singleton around this time? If not where might he have been treated. Hoping you can help me.
