Hi there Graeme and thanks for your query, I only know a small bit on the Rook/Rooke family in Wiltshire, UK. Many could have migrated to Australia or anywhere in the world. The best thing for you to do is go tp Cyndis list at; http://www.cyndislist.com/ It is huge and is dedicated to EVERYTHING genealogy. The other thing to do is join the Rook family mail List. Instructions are at; http://lists5.rootsweb.com/index/surname/r/rook.html This is a discussion area for anyone who has an interest in the surname ROOK. If you are interested in exchanging information on your ROOK ancestors or ask questions about them - this is the place for you. This may help you in your quest, regards, Roy Andrews |
