I am looking for any Drakes in Rotherhithe or thereabouts in London, UK. I am back to circa 1840's with my family tree and wonder if anyone can add anything. |

My Great Aunt, Amelia Matilda Wood married Edward Drake at St. Mary Newington in November 1892. Amelia was 24, Edward was 22, the son of William and Ann. William was a Wood Turner and Edward was a Wood Engraver.
Amelia and Edward had one son, also Edward, age 6, when the 1901 census was taken.
Does anyone recognize this family? |

dau : Elizabeth b1894 born Hackney
son : Edmund John b1902 born Bethnal G
possibly other siblings not known at this time
This family living at 45 Kay St Bethnal G-Haggerston 1901-1902
Mary Ann is dau of Mary Ann Blackhall b abt 1836 Bethnal Green, sister possibly is
Elizabeth Blackhall who married Robert Little
Blackhall name may be written as 'Blackall' in
some records.
Any leads on this line greatly appreciated!
