I am looking for information on Ellen J. Drake's parents, Lyman Drake and Mary King.
Ellen was born June 18, 1853 in Montpelier, VT., married Charles O. Seavey on Feb 26, 1876, and died Feb 9, 1931, in Framingham, MA.
Family lore says she was somehow related to Sir Francis Drake. Since he never had children, it is assumed that she was a niece.
Any information on her parents would be greatly appreciated.
