Are you Margie and Jack's Grandchild or great grand child ? It is Alonzo Ervin Drake, his wife was Mary Ann Baker. Lavinia was his grandmother. She was Married to Ervin Drake, their son William who Married Hester Egletine Mitchell.
Have you contacted Betty Gann Brown ? She is really the best source of information on the Drakes lines in The Missouri area. I sugest you email her at

Hello,
Ive not contacted Betty Gann. I've reada couple of her stories concerning GGrandpa Drake and the summers that she spent with him and the things that was past down to her. I Jack and Margie granddaughter thru their son Jackie Trout. My mother is Martha . i'm trying to get my computer to let me e-mail out. my server has to be greater than 0 and i don't know how to raise it yet.
but i casn still recieve mail.
so does this make us cousins???

I am the gggg-granddaughter of Ervin DRAKE (who married Lavinia PILGRIM). I am currently trying to solve the mystery of who Lavinia's family is. If anyone has some information that could assist me, I would appreciate it. I am only making small, insignificant advances and would like to know more about her. Thanks in advance, Lisa Williams |
