I am seeking information about Charles Elmer Drake, my grandfather. He was born in 1874 and passed away Sept, 25, 1961. He was 87. He lived in Watertown, New York, were he had several children: Ethel Drake, Emery Drake, Elmer Charles Drake, Blanche Drake, and Mary Drake. My grandfather owned a farm in Watertown which eventually was purchase by the military and is now part of Fort Drum. Charles Elmer Drake moved to Troy, New York around 1935. He resided at St. Vincent's Home (The Little Sisters of the Poor). He was a handyman at St. Vincent's doing carpentry and plumping work. I remember visiting my grandfather at St. Vincent's.
