My name is Amy Drake. I live in New Jersey, but I am originally from GA.I am interested in learning more about my family. A beginner in genealogical research, this seems like a good place for me to start. My father is Larry G. Drake, originally from Madison County, GA. His father was Roy G. Drake, also from Madison county, but beyond that I am unsure. Roy's brother was Grady Drake and he was born in 1910. Both Roy and Grady married GARRETT sisters in Madison County in the 1930's. If anyone has information you would like to share, that would be wonderful. I have found some intersting information that is offering many clues, I just need to know how to put them all together.
