Hi there; I have been a member of ancestry and other genealogy sites for
quite some years. The past couple of years I have been Qld & Tas manager for
a website of a regiment that my father belonged to in WWII. We have over two
thousand regiment names and numbers on a searchable database and information
i.e war history; eulogies; stories etc is being added daily by myself and
other volunteers. I am writing to ask if you could add a link to us on your
website as it may be a help to many researchers. The website is
www.26cavcommando.org.au We are seeking researchers who may be able to
contribute their own stories if they can find any ancestors on our site. If
you check it out and read the home page and other pages you will gain an
idea of what we are all about; and as a researcher I feel it is a valuable
addition to you to help many people. If you do link to us I would just
appreciate you letting me know you have done so. We are listed on Wickepedia
and a few other war sites. The 2/6 was the first Regt to head off the the
