Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to tell me where the Drake family originally come from? Was it England or Germany? Where? I have been working on two different Drake lines, but I have not made a connection, yet. One line is Johnathan Philo Drake who married Catherine Beem. Their son married Mary Roe. She is from my line. The second line is from Abraham Drake's son Josiah Drake (1812). Josiah had a son Josiah Leonard Drake (1842)who married Rosa Boston. This is my husband's side of the family. Does anyone have information for these families. |

Hi, Josiah Leonard Drake was married to Sarah Ellen Byers and Rosa Boston was their child. As far as the line I am only back to Josiah Drake (1812) son of Abraham. |
