I also have some Drakes in the Southern Tier "area" of New York State. That would be Hattie May Drake who married Nathaniel DAVIS in Elmira, NY: 26 Nathaniel DAVIS. Born Feb 1848. He was married to Mary (McElroy)??? Thomas was the son of Jedediah Drake b-1789 who was married to Matilda Oakley. Jedediahs father was a William??? Matildas father was John Oakley and mother was Catherine Morgan. Hattie Mae married Nathanial Davis who was a next door neighbor. They lived in Chemung,Chemung co. NY.
