She married Thomas Lloyd in franklin Co NC in 1842. Cannot find her parents or where she came from. I have been wondering if she was called Ann, and is one of the millions of Anns I have seen in wills. She names her son Aris Wade and the only time I have ever seen the name Aris is in a book "Colonial Families in the U.S." concerning Louis Stoughton Drake, of Mass. One of his ancestors was Aris Throckmorton, with a sister Katherine, who married a John Drake. I have wondered about this because of the odd name. I may never find out. Too many Johns, and Anns.
