I have tried this several times, but with the lastest resergence over this
list I thought I would add it again.. My Drake's start in Northumberland
County in 1773. They left Northumberland County, for Stark County, Ohio,
in 1825, they stayed in Stark County for one year, Then in 1826 the moved
to Wayne County, Ohio and lived there for for about six years, Then in 1831

successful in obtaining any information in front of ggggrandfather
Nathaniel, b. in PA on January 3, 1773, d. in Northumberland County, PA on
January 20, 1820. His father was reported to have been an Englishman,
whose wife was unable to speak or hear. They had four other children beside
Nathaniel, two boys and two
girls. Two of these Drake boys were supposed to have served in the War of
1812, with only one returning. Nathaniel was maried to Nancy Houghland
sometime prior to 1806. Nancy was b. January 10, 1788 in PA, and she d.
July 17, 1855 in Richland County, Ohio. They has six children, being:
  1. John (My gggrandfather), b. June 27,1806, in Northumberland County.

   4.  William, d. February 16, 1872;
   5. David; and
   6. Jane, d. February 22, 1900.
My ggrandmother was John Drake's daughter Nancy Hannah, who married Jacob
Andrew Rowe in Shelby, Ohio. Jacob and Nancy's middle daughter Anna
Blanche was my grandmother. Jacob Andrew's parents were Jacob and Mary
"Polly" (Hollenbaugh) Rowe.
