Nashville, TN area), m. 1)Mary POTTLE 2)Mary COX, 1743, Wythe Co., VA; Mary Drake bc. 1720-1730, m. James NULL/NEWELL, living in Wythe Co., VA in 1807; Elizabeth "Betsy" Drake bc 1720-1730. James Leeper and Susan Drake his wife". I have sometimes wondered what happened to the Samuel Drake who received headrights in Orange Co VA in 1735 though. Does anyone have anything on that Samuel? DOES ANYONE have more info on this William Drake (#11 above)??
