Grimm b: 15 Apr 1938; mar: 21 May 1955 son of Oscar Clinton Drake b: 6 Mar 1896 in Clay Co., WV; d: 1 Mar 1967 in Harrison Co., WV and Susie Mahala Ellis b: 24 Aug 1896 in Braxton Co., WV; d: 3 Jan 1983 in Harrison Co., WV; mar 23 Jan 1915 in Racoon Creek, Braxton Co., WV - son of BENJAMIN MICHAEL CLINTON DRAKE b: 19 November 1866 in (West) Virginia; died 12 July 1938 in Nicholas County, West Virginia. He married (1) Elizabeth E. BLAKENY/ BLAKNEY/ BLAKELY 4 May 1888 in Clay County, West Virginia; (2) Dell UPTON; (3) Alice ?; (4) Rosa A. HARDWAY. Need to find his parents. Found a Benjamin Drake age 12, a servant, with Henry and Sophrony BROWN in Clay County, West Virginia in 1880 Census. The next household in the census lists Lorenzo D. DRAKE and wife Philisity. The 1870 Kanawha County, WV Census lists a Benjamin BROWN, age 3, as a grandson to Henry BROWN. Philisity's death record lists her father as Henry BROWN.
