The Receivers and Managers advise that they have sold the business, assets and undertaking of Enterprise Colorvideo Productions Pty.
Limited effectively from midnight on the'8th July, 1986.
The business has been sold to Pro-Image Productions (N.S.W.) Pty.
Limited and will continue to be conducted, until advised, through
the present entity Enterprise Colorvideo Productions Pty. Limited.
There will therefore be no change to employment.
As from this date the business will bank through the Australia and
New Zealand Bank.ing Group Ltd., 2 Burlington Street, Crows Nest Branch.
Wages will continue to be paid in tne usual way but through that bank.
Although the Receivers and Managers will cease to manage the business
as from today, the'company will continue to be in Receivership for a
period to enable collection of debtors and payment of creditors of the
Receivers. During that period the term (Receivers and Managers
appointed) must continue to be used on all stationery. Orders to
creditors will now be signed by Peter Skillman, or in his absence
by Mark Fawcett or Kevin Mooy.
The Receivers and Managers thank you for your co-operation and
assistance during the period of the Receivership.
