About Roy Andrews - FCP Online Editor
After nearly 30 years experience in the editing, visual and creative fields of Television post production, I ventured into FCP 7 years ago and now work from my own home studio, specialising in producing broadcast-quality work.
As well as being a creative FCP editor, I also have experience with Photoshop, Motion, media conversion to web, and many other facets of the industry.I have my own distinctive editing style, am highly skilled and adaptable. I enjoy the challenges and fast turnarounds that have always gone hand in hand in this industry. |

I specialise working unsupervised with clients who are remotely located.
I specialise in working on Television Commercial or short A/V projects that have been outsourced to me from various production companies in
Australia and oversea. I receive the assets either by ftp, dvd or by yousendit, also I am sent a script and in all cases VO and music.
For a 30 sec commercial the turn around is about 1-2 days depending on cliental changes etc. The client is kept in the loop throughout the whole editing
process by sending the client viewing files or by using Skype. Once the commercial has been approved I then prepare the clients
deliverable requirements which may be files, dvds, uploads or tape. |
