I am researching the Lumleys of singleton. I am trying to trace any photos of them or their inns that I could obtain a copy of. Can you help?

Hi Megan,
looking at the "Inns and Hotels" book there is a bit on John Lumley as owner of;
"The Horse and Jockey"
"The Rose Inn"
"The Northumberland"
There are Licence Nos plus the years he held the licence.
Some description of "The Rose".
04/09/1852 m Sarah Nowland.
Daughter Catherine died and left 6 children
No photos which is a shame, maybe you could contact the author
Catherine Foggo ( no details on her, possibly Singleton local??)

The society is manned by a collection of very keen volunteers and they have
so many records there at the society room. They also do a $10 research of the
records held at the society.
